Parco del Principe is a historic Tuscan villa set in the heart of the UNESCO-protected Val d’Orcia, surrounded by centuries-old pine trees and flowering gardens that capture the essence of this region’s beauty. Every corner of the villa has been thoughtfully renewed by my mother, Astrid Schiller-Wirth, who has furnished the property with extraordinary passion, sensitivity, and an impeccable eye for detail. Her vision has brought new life to the estate, blending its noble heritage with a warm and refined aesthetic.

Its location is exceptional, perfectly positioned to explore the very best of Tuscany: the iconic villages of the Val d’Orcia, the vineyards and landscapes of Chianti, the artistic treasures of Florence, and the neighbouring Umbrian gems such as Perugia and Assisi.
The layout is ideal for families and groups of friends thanks to the natural separation between the Noble Floor and the Second Floor Apartment, giving guests privacy, space, and flexibility.
The Noble Floor includes four bedrooms, among them the romantic Honeymoon Suite, each with its own en-suite bathroom and generous living areas filled with light and classic charm.
On the Second Floor, an independent apartment offers three additional bedrooms: two with French beds, and a Master Bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
Guests can choose to rent the Noble Floor only (four bedrooms), or the entire Villa, with seven bedrooms in total, while still maintaining a warm and intimate atmosphere.
The outdoor spaces are a signature feature of the villa: a heated swimming pool, a shaded loggia ideal for al fresco dining, a fully equipped pool bar with a large dining table, and several lounging areas set throughout the garden. The property is also suitable for small private events, anniversaries, and elegant celebrations.
