THE VILLA
The house develops over two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests in four bedrooms. The ground floor features a fully equipped country kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and French doors opening onto the garden, and a bright living room with a second fireplace. On this level there is also a double bedroom, ideal for guests preferring to avoid stairs. Upstairs, the first floor hosts three additional bedrooms, all spacious and full of light. The Yellow Room can be arranged with twin beds, perfect for children or friends. Interiors are elegantly furnished with natural fabrics and light colours, creating a refined yet relaxed country-home atmosphere. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, plus a private parking area inside the estate, complete the setting.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Encircled by its own two hectares of lawns and woodland, Villa Colonnata enjoys open countryside views and total privacy. A shaded dining area right outside the kitchen invites long alfresco lunches and candlelit dinners under the stars.
