Casa Pinsent
Where Tuscany Opens to the Horizon
A villa where every meal becomes a celebration, every window a painting, every moment a memory in the heart of Val d’Orcia. Casa Pinsent is an elegant Tuscan farmhouse set in one of the most scenic and beloved landscapes of Italy, in the very heart of Val d’Orcia. Surrounded by rolling hills and open countryside, the villa sits in a privileged elevated position with no dense tree coverage, meaning that the view stretches unobstructed across the Tuscan valleys and the soft curves of the Crete Senesi, as far and wide as the eye can see. It is a home filled with space, air, light, silence.

The villa feels made for sharing life together.
Meals unfold beneath the pergola, long tables dressed with wine and laughter, pizzas sliding from the wood-fired oven, steaks searing on the grill, golden sunsets melting into evening. The large heated infinity pool mirrors the sky and invites slow mornings, long swims, and aperitivo hours with nowhere else to be.
Indoors, the heart of the home is the expansive and fully equipped kitchen with beautiful terracotta floors, generous workspace, and room for groups to cook together. It is ideal for private cooking classes, family gatherings, and culinary experiences with friends. The villa sleeps up to nineteen guests in eight bedrooms, and its scale, design and outdoor layout make it particularly suitable for events, celebrations, retreats and milestone occasions.
This is Tuscany in its purest form, open and infinite, warm and welcoming, lived around a table and in the beauty of nature.
Why I LOVE It
Casa Pinsent Feels Like Tuscany With no Walls Around it.
The landscape is everywhere, unbroken, limitless, alive. The villa opens to the sky, to the hills, to the changing colours of the day. It is a place for toasts under the pergola, for pizzas from the wood oven, for summer nights by the heated pool and winter dinners cooked slowly together in the great terracotta-floored kitchen.
It is convivial, generous, beautiful. It is Tuscany, perfectly expressed
